Founded in 1920, Palladium originally manufactured tires for the aviation industry. Palladium's expertise was so advanced that soon the majority of Europe's aircraft began using Palladium tires. After World War II ended, however, the demand for aircraft tires declined rapidly. Palladium then decided to open a plant in France and start producing footwear with the same rubber used for their successful tires. Today, Palladium is based in California and the brand's original design, classic lines, and time-tested utility are as relevant as they have ever been.
