ORDER HELP:

is regarding an order placed, please have your Invoice ID
ready, if no one is available or line is busy, please leave
a message starting with the invoice ID number, your question,
and your phone number with area code.
*Please don't call for out of stock
items or sizes currently sold out, please check the website
regularly for updates. Please note Customer Service Rep will
not answer any questions regarding bulk sale nor questions
regarding shoes and sizes not listed on the website. You may
be prompt to leave your return number if system is busy. If
that happens please leave your full name and phone number
so we can call you back as soon as possible.
*If your payment was denied and received
an email from Paypal stating that your card was not charged,
please note that means a refund has been issued by Paypal
and will be posted to your acct and will show up in your account
depending on the time it takes for your credit card / bank
to post it.
(The customer consent to Paypal to make a charge to his/her
credit card / bank acct at the time the order was placed.
When an order is denied due to billing / shipping addresses
unconfirmed, a credit is posted back to his/her credit card
/ bank acct immediately but would not show up in the credit
card / bank acct until the credit card / bank institution
processes it.)
· TRACKING MY ORDER: If
you would like to find out about the status of your order(once
an order is shipped, UPS/Fedex/USPS will automatically send
you an email to the email address you provided when you use
the checkout system on the website, please check your email
first for a tracking number). If you haven't received a tracking
number within 2 business days after you submitted your order(don't
include Saturday and Sunday), please send your email to Shipping

· CANCELING MY ORDER: If
you would like to cancel your order or change your order (orders
are processed within 24 to 48 hours, therefore if you wish
to cancel your order, you will need to send us an email to
Cancellation
Dept (support.pickyourshoes@gmail.com), once an order
is shipped out, we will not be able to cancel or change your
order, you may return the shoes for a refund minus shipping
fee.
· PAYMENT DENIED:
*If your payment was denied and received
an email from Paypal stating that your card was not charged,

any payment if the shipping address is different from the
billing address(this only applies to first time customers).
If you must provide an address different
from your billing address please send your payment with an
email address from work (corporate email addresses), military
(.mil email addresses), educational institution (.edu email
addresses). We will make our determination on whether or not
to accept your order (we may email you to confirm your ownership
of the email account). Any order with free email addresses
(Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo email addresses, etc) will be denied
automatically.
Please note that if you placed an order
to PickYourShoes.Com, your credit card / bank acct (whichever
payment method you chose to send to us through Paypal) is
charged at the time you placed the order.
If payment is sent using a credit card:
1.With a confirmed address (your billing
address), we will process your order.
2. with an unconfirmed address (different
from your billing address), we will decide to accept/deny
your payment based on Paypal's background info on your acct.
If payment is accepted, your order will be processed. If payment
is denied, your payment will be refunded to you and you will
receive an email from Paypal notifying you of the refund.
If payment is sent using a bank account:
1.With a confirmed address (your billing
address), we will process your order once payment is cleared.
2. with an unconfirmed address (different
from your billing address), we will decide to accept/deny
your payment based on Paypal's background info on your acct.
If payment is accepted, your order will be processed once
payment is cleared. If payment is denied, your payment will
be refunded to you and you will receive an email from Paypal
notifying you of the refund.

· PAYMENT REFUNDED: your payment will be fully

If you sent a money order to us and haven't received a tracking

· FREE SHIPPING: If you placed
an order for two pairs or more, you qualify for free GROUND
shipping (USA Customers only, not applicable for AK, HI customers),
if you were charged for shipping, you must select the wrong
shipping method (ie 2day or overnight).
