Q: What Payment Methods does PickYourShoes.Com
accept?
A:PickYourShoes.Com uses Paypal's shopping
cart system to accept credit card and bank payments. (For
First Time customers, please make sure to place your order
to your billing address or we will deny your transaction.
We can only ship to an address different from your billing
address if you are a returning customer.)
Customers without
a Paypal account will have an option to set up an account
with Paypal while you go through the payment process. However,
you do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not
to. You will be prompted by PayPal concerning whether you
would like to create an account with them or not after the
transaction goes through.

A: We will gladly accept return in brand
new condition. All shoes purchased from PickYourShoes.Com
can only be returned in brand new condition with original
box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original
shoe laces, etc..) The return must be requested 14 days from
the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns
and exchanges back to PickYourShoes.Com must be posted marked
within 14 days your request has been approved.

*Defective shoes must be mailed back to
Manufacturers (example: Nike, Adidas) in exchange a gift certificate
at the shoes' suggested retail price value. We can only guarantee
that the shoes purchased from PickYourShoes.Com are authentic
and in brand new condition, no exceptions. We can not guarantee
the condition of the shoebox. For collectors or as a gift,
please add a note on the note line when placing the order
for us to pick the best shoebox. For detail information on
how to return your defective shoes to Nike please email us.

A: We are currently only an online store
with office and warehouse in Walnut, California. No retail
locations.

A: We only sell authentic shoes. No variants
and no fakes. PickYourShoes.Com has direct dealership with
most of the brands carried on the site. Other merchadise are
purchased through authorized dealers. Every product is guaranteed

of receipt you can send it back to us for full refund (less
