The return must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to PickYourShoes.Com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.

*Defective shoes must be mailed back to Manufacturers (example: Nike, Adidas) in exchange a gift certificate at the shoes' suggested retail price value.
