We do accept alternate shipping address if you are sending to APO, FPO or military bases (Military addresses) or if you make your purchase with your military or major educational institution email acct (email accts ending .mil and .edu)

UPS Ground Shipping (only available to domestic USA customers, PO Box and Military address must choose priority shipping):

Ground shipping is $8 for 1 item and Free for 2 items or more.

Note: If you receive the free UPS ground shipping and choose to return or exchange a part of your order, you must keep at least 2 items to receive the free shipping. If you are returning products and are only keeping 1 item, a shipping fee will be deducted as your final order is not 2 items or more(shipping fee will be $14 for up to 2 items, and $5 for each additional)
(UPS Ground shipping takes 2-5 business days + 1-2 day processing time = 3-7 business days.)

UPS 3-Day Select Shipping:

UPS 3-Day Select shipping is $10 for 1st item and $5 for each additional item.
(UPS 3-Day Select shipping takes 3 business days + 1-2 day processing time = 4-5 business days.)

UPS 2-Day Shipping:

UPS 2-Day shipping is $12 for 1st item and $6 for each additional item.
(UPS 2-Day shipping takes 2 business days + 1-2 day processing time = 3-4 business days.)

UPS Overnight Shipping:

UPS Overnight shipping is $30 for 1st item and $20 for each additional item.
(UPS Overnight shipping takes 1 business days + 1-2 day processing time = 2-3 business days.)

PO Box & APO Shipping (Shipped via USPS priority shipping):

USPS Priority shipping is $12 for 1st item and $6 for each additional item. There will be tracking number that can be used on www.usps.com, but we will not be liable if customers entered the wrong address or if package got lost.
(PO Box USPS Priority shipping usually takes 3 business days + 1-2 day processing time = 4-5 business days.)
(APO USPS Priority shipping usually takes 5-10 business days + 1-2 day processing time = 6-12 business days.)

*Please keep in mind that USPS priority service is not a guaranteed service meaning on average it takes 3 business days to delivery it, but it could take more than 3 days depending on the zone. There will be no overnight service available to PO BOX/APO/FPO/HI/AK/VI/PR.

International Shipping -

Each international order cannot exceed 6 items or it will exceed the package limit to ship via international express mail and we will need to request additional shipping fees.

USPS Global Express (usually 2-5 working days for delivery, please add 48-72 hours for processing time and could take up to another 48 hours if we need to contact paypal for verification.) with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. International orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so.

We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges. For high value orders we may delay processing and request ID verification through email.

*For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

*If your order has not arrived within the time period, there maybe delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at anytime.
