*UPS ground is not a guaranteed service after 12/12/2011, if you need the package before Christmas, either select the UPS AIR service(which includes UPS 3day, 2day, Next day) , or if you order on December 19, 7:00am PST to December 21, 7:00am, choose "Christmas free shipping" at checkout and you will get free shipping and free upgrade so your order will arrive before Christmas.

Free US Shipping
PickYourShoes.com provide Free Ground Shipping promotion via UPS for orders shipped within US, excluding Alska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Virgin Islands (VI), Puerto Rico (PR), PO Box, APO/FPO, and Military addresses. For orders without shoes that picked the free ground shipping, your order will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS first class/priority at our discretion.
Note: If you select the free UPS ground shipping and choose to return or exchange a part of your order, you must keep at least 1 item to receive the free shipping. If you received the free ground shipping and are returning the entire order, you will be charged $8 for first item and $6 for each additional item as you don't qualify for free ground shipping.
(UPS Ground shipping takes 2-5 business days + 1-2 day processing time = 3-7 business days.)
PickYourShoes.com uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.
If shipping address is not a confirmed address (the address on file with credit card company), the order might subject to cancellation and the money will be refunded back to the credit card.
If the customer needs to ship to an alternative address, please contact the credit card company to add the alternative ship-to address to the account. PickYourShoes.com do accept alternative shipping address of APO, FPO or military base (Military addresses). Or order purchased with military or major educational institution Email account (email address ending .mil or .edu).
Normal order cut-off time is 11:59PM Pacific Time (2:59 AM Eastern Standard Time) every day to process on the next business day, and Ship out on the following business day (Please allow 24 hours processing time and 24 hours shipping time = 48 hours). Business Days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Note:
Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.
Please keep in mind that USPS priority service is not a guaranteed service meaning on average it takes 3 business days to delivery it, but it could take more than 3 days depending on the zone.

All domestic UPS air orders(Next Day/2day/3day) will be processed within 1 business day if you are shipping to a paypal confirmed address. If you are shipping to an unconfirmed address, your order might be delayed until we could verify the order with you.
All domestic (UPS ground) orders shipping to paypal confirmed address will be processed in 1 to 3 business days. If you are shipping to an unconfirmed address, your order might be delayed until we could verify the order with you.
All USPS int'l express mail/USPS first class/USPS priority orders will be processed in 1 to 3 business days unless we need to verify the order with you.
Note: Holidays and weekend(Saturday/Sunday) are not business days. Orders shipping to unconfirmed addresses or shipping address that is not the billing address might be delayed, same goes for invalid address or if we need to acquire more information about the order from the customer.

USPS Global Express (usually 2-5 working days for delivery, please add another 2 to 5 business days for order verification and processing time.) with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. International orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so.
We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges. For high value orders we may delay processing and request ID verification through email.
* For packages
that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address,
the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
* Each order can't exceed 6 pairs of shoes or it will exceed USPS's limit for outgoing package, please place different orders when you have reached 6 pairs of shoes. If some shoeboxes are bigger or other exceptions we will contact you via email.
* If your order has not arrived within the time period, there maybe delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Feel free to Email Us to help you locate your package at anytime.
